Join this workshop to learn how to turn fresh milk into delicious cheeses, tangy yoghurt, and more. You’ll also learn how to make a marinated labne, plus how to churn your own natural cultured butter.

  • Fresh Ricotta

  • Labne (spice-crusted and herbed)
  • Cultured butter

The workshop will conclude with a light meal to taste the items we’ve made. You’ll take home fresh ricotta and marinated labne.

Materials

All ingredients are provided.

Please come prepared

  • Please bring two small clean tight-seal glass jars to take you labne and ricotta home
  • Please bring an apron or wear clothes that can get messy
  • Wear closed in shoes
  • If you have long hair, tie it back
