They say to get the most out of those good bacteria you need a big old daily dose, but many shop-bought kombuchas have added fruit juice and are high in sugar (not to mention that price tag).

So if you're a committed kombucha and ACV consumer - or just curious to find out more - come along and learn how to make them from scratch using fresh and natural ingredients. Plus you’ll come away with your own flavoured creation in a 300ml bottle of Kombucha ready for the second fermentation, a 750ml jar full of the good stuff, along with a SCOBY and a 750ml jar of ACV, with notes to complete them at home.

  • Safe brewing techniques and sterilisation
  • The two fermentation methods: batch and continuous

Please Note: This how to make Kombucha and Apple Cider Vinegar course uses tea, sugar (that gets consumed during the fermentation), SCOBY (Symbiotic Culture Of Bacteria and Yeast) and a range of seasonal fruits/vegetable ingredients. We are not able to provide substitute ingredients for people with allergies.
