Learn to be flexible with our meditation and yoga courses in Sydney!

This Level 2 course builds upon the principles and lessons established in our Gentle Yoga Course. Previous students have enjoyed the Hatha Yoga class format using modified movement for stiff and injured bodies. The continuers course is designed around the central theme of 'breath and movement' (pranayama with asana) with movement extending deeper into the energetic flow of yoga. Learn how Yoga Therapy skills weave the teachings of breath and movement (pranayama with asana), as a healing agent. Focus on upper body shoulders, neck and tension relief. The practice will calm an over-active brain with breath, postures and relaxation techniques.

Classes are based on Hatha Yoga and each week we focus on strengthening body systems. Hatha yoga classes are specifically designed with a holistic approach to exercise and wellbeing. This includes back-care, digestive, metabolism, respiratory and stress management. All classes include yoga breathing with slow movements to connect our body with breath, relaxation and meditation.
