Learn how to make authentic fresh gnocchi at this cooking workshop in Sydney!

If you love those soft and tender pillows of potato called gnocchi, then you will love this hands-on class. Join us to learn how to make two types of gnocchi: traditional potato gnocchi as well as a lighter soft and creamy ricotta version. We'll also make two delicious sauces to round out the dish perfectly.

Cooking teacher and chef Antonella Floyd will show you how to make gnocchi from scratch (just like Nonna's). You will make the dough, shape it and cook it, learning the secrets to achieving the right texture and mouthfeel. You will also learn about the ingredients used and get plenty of tips along the way.

And let's not forget the part where you tuck in at the end of the class! We gather around the table Italian style to enjoy your freshly made gnocchi with the accompanying sauces. Pass the Parmesan, please!
