Using Ripstix, lightly weighted exercise drumsticks, torch calories and drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique – all while rocking out to your favourite music!

Pound drumming workout with Ripstix* in Sydney. Get a full-body drumming workout combining cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements, using weighted exercise drumsticks (Ripstix*).

This course welcomes participants of all fitness levels, ages and abilities.

Course content

During these classes you’ll drum with a group, keeping your upper body constantly moving. As well as having loads of fun, you’ll exercise the entire body, activating and engaging those stabiliser muscles.

The exercises will be taught at a beginner level, with modifications demonstrated for more advanced students.

Please come prepared

  • wear comfortable clothing
  • bring a towel, water and a yoga mat

Students are required to participate in a level of activity above normal exertion.
