Course testimonials:
Jenny said:Parking in the surrounding area was mostly 2 hour limit but the course was 3 hours. The ovens which were needed for the course didn’t work. Luckily the tutor brought her own counter top oven which 11 of us took turns to use. Kirsty however was great and I came away satisfied with the course.

Elaine said:It was a hands-on workshop.
Susan said:It was interesting to learn about how to make the beeswax wraps. The Tutor was fabulous and considering she had to contend with equipment not working in the room, (not of her making, but a failure of the College) her fast thinking made the day. We all co-opted together to get our wraps completed and much information was exchanged during the session. A great learning experience all round.
