Course description

Learn Soul Dance for Seniors in Sydney.

Soul Dance for Seniors is a unique and exciting new class for seniors of
all ages and dance abilities. Soul Dance for Seniors offers a combination of African
and Latin styles of dance, combined with creative exercises, free form
movement and meditative elements. The class provides a gentle and
deep workout, manly new movement possibilities for your body, and lots
of fun!

Course Content

Each class runs for 60 minutes and have been designed to give you a diverse range of
skills and movements.

  • African Dance, gentle and aerobic
  • Rhythm and groundedness in the body
  • Kizomba dance, connection to body and music
  • Creative, fun exercises
  • Latin dance – fitness and fun
  • Stretch and conditioning
  • Balletic movements
  • Balance and strength
  • Meditation
